We are currently seeking a Temporary Compensation Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR, specifically in compensation and data management. The Compensation Coordinator will play a key support role by performing critical administrative and data tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our compensation programs and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compensation team.

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and updates in WorkDay.

  • Monitor and manage incoming cases and requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.

  • Support job description management, including version control and storage.

  • Create job aids for internal processes and for broader NSP use.

  • Serves as intake for compensation requests that are routed through the team email inbox.  Enters pertinent information in our customer database and assigns requests to team members.  Provides tools and resources and/or basic guidance to clients or service providers regarding compensation-related questions. 

  • Assist with ad hoc projects, data gathering, and basic analysis as needed.

  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.

  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.

  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Prior internship or administrative experience in HR or data management is a plus.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work independently within a team environment.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is:

$21.01 - $23.92
