Davidson is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Engineering Lead in Huntsville, Alabama. Engineering Lead will be the technical bridge that turns product design into high quality, cost effective production. Working closely with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams, you'll identify opportunities for process improvement, resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure that every product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.

Your schedule will typically consist of four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday)- allowing you to enjoy extended weekends for work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

•Partner with Design and Productions teams to translate engineering requirements into manufacturable processes
•Develop, document and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing products
•Implement lean manufacturing, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
•Perform root-cause analysis and corrective action for equipment failures, process deviations and quality issues.

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
•5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a high volume, precision-engineering environment.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven mindset.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
