BCI Solutions is hiring a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. For over 86 years, we’ve built a reputation for quality, reliability, and precision  . We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional to keep our CNC machines and production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines (HAAS, Mazak, Kitamura, Fanuc) as well as other production equipment.
   
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to reduce downtime.
   
• Diagnose issues with PLCs, VFDs, motors, pumps, and controls.
   
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
   
• Accurately document maintenance activities in a maintenance management system.
   
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
   

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CNC maintenance, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing equipment repair.
   
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
   
• Familiarity with CNC controls, PLC troubleshooting, and VFDs preferred.
   
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
   
• Commitment to safe work practices and long-term equipment performance.
   

Preferred Skills

• Welding and fabrication abilities.
   
• Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
   
• Effective communication across shop floor and engineering teams.
