Description
Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, valve springs, exhausts, electronics and other engine and driveline-related performance components. Race Winning Brands is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing Team. This position will primarily support RWB Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to meet growth objectives by assisting with a variety of daily marketing initiatives.
· Utilize automated product photography system to capture and refine images in a proprietary production methodology.
· Identify and acquire products needed for photo assets.
· Maintain all photo files and data in company’s document management systems and storage locations.
· Responsible for maintaining, loading and offloading all marketing and advertising equipment and supplies for tradeshows, race events and promotional events.
· Maintain Price Protection policies through software solutions and hands-on data research, maintain communications with our customer base through email and other outreach methods regarding pricing policy violations.
· Organize and maintain customer email groups and create requested email campaigns to support Price Protection Policies or other sales and marketing initiatives.
· Analyze, maintain, and execute social media content and utilize analytics across multiple channels and platforms to benchmark trends and identify areas for improvement when required.
· Contributes to team effort by providing support to other Sales & Marketing personnel, such as New Product Bulletins, video content, spokesperson and supporting tasks.
· Graphic design knowledge and ability to create visual media when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field
- 1 year experience in Marketing or sales preferred
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge/experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
- May require travel to customers, trade shows and race / promotional events as necessary to assure success of sales and marketing efforts. Projects a positive attitude towards the customer and co-workers, contributes to a positive working environment. Knowledge of performance and/or powersports is a plus.

6. Long periods of time sitting at a desk (daily).
7. Able to efficiently utilize computer equipment. Manual dexterity to type on computer leeboard and operate general office equipment, such as phone, fax, and copier.
