Reports to: Facilities & Fleet Manager
$19.00 / Hour
$19.00 – $20.00/hour, with potential to grow to $22.00/hour based on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Facilities & Fleet Manager
- Assist with warehouse operations including inventory, equipment handling, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair vacuums, MFUs, and other mechanical equipment
- Perform general facility tasks such as sweeping floors, vacuuming offices, and emptying trash cans
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Use power tools and mobile apps to complete tasks efficiently
- Travel up to 25% to other locations as needed
- Take initiative during slow periods (e.g., clean, organize, assist others)
- Uphold company standards and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 45 lbs
- Mechanically inclined and tech-savvy
- Calm under pressure and a natural problem solver
- Team player with leadership potential
- Approachable, coachable, and reliable
- Local resident of the Cleveland area
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards and being a proactive contributor
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
