Reports to: Facilities & Fleet Manager 

$19.00 / Hour

 $19.00 – $20.00/hour, with potential to grow to $22.00/hour based on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Facilities & Fleet Manager
• Assist with warehouse operations including inventory, equipment handling, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair vacuums, MFUs, and other mechanical equipment
• Perform general facility tasks such as sweeping floors, vacuuming offices, and emptying trash cans
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Use power tools and mobile apps to complete tasks efficiently
• Travel up to 25% to other locations as needed
• Take initiative during slow periods (e.g., clean, organize, assist others)
• Uphold company standards and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 45 lbs
• Mechanically inclined and tech-savvy
• Calm under pressure and a natural problem solver
• Team player with leadership potential
• Approachable, coachable, and reliable
• Local resident of the Cleveland area
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards and being a proactive contributor
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
