Position Summary:

As a Healthcare Recruiter at ATC Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in temporary, contract, and permanent assignments. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and speed of our staffing efforts, ensuring that we deliver exceptional candidates to our clients efficiently and consistently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and interview qualified nurses, allied health professionals, and other medical staff through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs
  • Screen candidates for required licenses, certifications, experience, and availability
  • Partner with the Credentialing and Onboarding teams to ensure timely compliance with all placement requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, job offers, and assignment start dates
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure proper documentation
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to encourage long-term engagement and retention
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals and KPIs
  • Stay up to date on current market trends, licensing requirements, and healthcare staffing regulations
  • Collaborate with sales and account managers to understand client needs and fulfill open requisitions quickly
  • Host and plan job fairs and hiring events

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing agency environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Indeed, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Energetic, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
