Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory Processor to join our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. This role is focused on preparing AV equipment for inventory, including barcoding, stenciling, and casing. The PT Inventory Processor plays a vital role in ensuring equipment is accurately processed and ready for deployment across events.
This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare new equipment for inventory following established procedures and guidance from the department Lead.
- Apply barcodes to new inventory, ensuring accurate verification of make, model, and serial numbers.
- Assist with unloading, sorting, packing, and redistributing items to designated branches.
- Perform general assembly and packaging of equipment as needed.
- Load equipment into cases and stencil cases with appropriate codes and descriptions.
- Prepare finished products (e.g., pallets, straps, shrink wrap) for shipment to branches.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
