📍 Work Location

• Before Project Assignment: Alpharetta or Duluth, GA, United States
• After Project Assignment: Work format will follow client requirements. As Project Manager, you may be required to travel for short-, medium-, or long-term business trips until project completion.
  • Depending on business continuity (1+ years), relocation may be required.
  • In some projects, remote work from Alpharetta or Duluth is possible, with business trips as needed (e.g., for meetings).

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Before Project Assignment

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to identify new business opportunities, prepare technical sections of proposals, and provide technical support.
• Attend client meetings and deliver technical presentations as required.
• Support other teams prior to project start (e.g., managing small-scale projects, performing design and development tasks).

After Project Assignment

Act as Project Manager, overseeing and controlling all domains defined by PMI standards. Responsibilities may include:

• Integration Management: Develop project charter, align with IT strategy, gather requirements, create and maintain project management plans, lead execution, manage change control, and ensure proper project closure.
• Scope Management: Collect requirements, define scope, create WBS, validate deliverables, and manage scope changes.
• Schedule Management: Define activities, sequence tasks, estimate durations, develop schedules, and monitor/adjust timelines.
• Cost Management: Estimate costs, allocate budgets, and monitor expenditures against plan.
• Quality Management: Establish standards, implement QA processes, and perform defect tracking and reporting.
• Resource Management: Plan, acquire, and manage internal/external resources; oversee team performance and collaboration.
• Communications Management: Establish communication plans, prepare reports, maintain stakeholder dashboards, and control information flow.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; monitor risk response effectiveness.
• Procurement Management: Plan, select, and manage vendors, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify stakeholders, define engagement levels, facilitate workshops/demos, and monitor satisfaction.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT roles such as Project Manager, Project Management Officer, or Team/Part Leader.
  • Must have end-to-end project lifecycle experience (from planning/proposal to execution and completion).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to perform tasks in analysis, design, and development.

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (fluent) and Korean (basic).
• PMI certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
• Other project management certifications (e.g., IAPPM CPM, Certified Scrum Master).
