Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Merchandising based in New York City.
The role:
You will drive strategic initiatives that enhance our online shopping experience and foster growth in the digital landscape. As an integral part of our team, your ambition will help shape the future of Clarins through innovation and customer-centric strategies.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where Ecommerce is rapidly evolving, you will take challenges by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product innovation, strengthen customer relationships, and drive Clarins’ direct-to-consumer strategy while promoting responsible beauty initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, demand planning models, and promotional calendars while analyzing performance and trends to optimize stock levels and support strategic decision-making for Clarins.com
- Deliver strategic merchandising recommendations and develop category-specific plans to optimize product presentation and enhance customer experience while managing the product catalog for effective growth.
- Oversee the US content roadmap and collaborate with the global digital team to ensure alignment with regional needs, while supporting local marketing initiatives and optimizing website content for brand representation and SEO.
- Lead website enhancement efforts through A/B testing and user experience enhancements, ensuring a seamless customer journey while collaborating with UX teams to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance and fostering collaboration, while setting performance expectations and driving organizational improvements in alignment with company values.
You are:

- Fluent in English, French speaking is a plus
- Strong leader with ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Critical thinker with ability to use data to drive business decisions
You have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
- Knowledge of sales operations planning, demand forecasting, website optimization, and category management
- Proficiency using SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and conversion optimization tools
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
