Summary of the Position: The Team Lead serves either the GJR in Indiana In-Home Clinical Program or the Older Youth Services program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff supervision
- Management of program and monitor caseloads
- Compliance with all Department of Child Services standards
- Complete file audits
- Meet/Exceed productivity goals
- Assist in marketing program and services
- Coordination of client care
- Monitor staff capacity
- Conduct feedback surveys
- Manage data and complete file audit tool to ensure staff are maintaining client records
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

Lifting Requirements | Must be able to lift 10 pounds on a regular basis. |
Physical Requirements | Must be able to walk, bend, and stoop. |
Work Location: This position is responsible for working at multiple locations across the state of Indiana. | |
REQUIREMENTS | |
Education | Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or directly-related human services field from an accredited college. Master's degree required. |
Licensure | Must have a clinical licensure |
Years of Experience | 5 years of experience and dependent on degree and position |
Computer Experience | All Microsoft applications |
Other | Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-organized. |
