- Production bonuses available
- Full-time, flexible schedule – no nights or weekends. Shop hours M-F, 7 am - 5 pm

- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Manager
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions (hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems)
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Recommend and document appropriate repairs, including cost estimates
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records
- Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements
- Communicate with the factory for technical support
- Handle additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and hydrostatic systems
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel locally for field service calls as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship)
