Analyzes the impact and success of these programs.%3Cbr%3EAnalyzes and draw insightful impressions from objective data, %22human intelligence,%22 and other forms of investigation to identify process and organizational issues in need of improvement. Analyzes performance data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
