JOB SUMMARY
The Courtesy Driver is responsible for providing an exceptional transportation experience for clients of our luxury automotive dealership. This role ensures timely, safe, and professional shuttle service while representing the dealership’s commitment to premium hospitality and customer care.
Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am-6pm, Monday-Saturday, working 45 hours per week. Hourly pay, rate DOE.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years’ experience required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous driving, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor appropriate to a luxury brand environment.
- Ability to lift and move light items (e.g., luggage, small packages) occasionally as part of assisting passengers.
Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):
- No supervision responsibilities required in this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to and from the dealership, their homes, workplaces, or other destinations in a timely manner.
- Provide concierge-level service, assisting customers with entering and exiting the vehicle, handling belongings, and answering general dealership inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fueling, and presentation of the courtesy vehicles, ensuring they reflect the luxury brand’s image.
- Perform daily inspections of courtesy vehicles (fuel, fluids, tire pressure, safety features).
- Assist the Service Department with vehicle pick-up and drop-off when needed.
- Uphold professional appearance and conduct, ensuring every client feels valued and respected.
- Adhere to traffic laws and dealership safety protocols.
- Report any vehicle maintenance concerns or incidents immediately.
- Provide friendly, courteous and prompt transportation to customers.
- Run errands for the facility.
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Identifies, recommends and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
- Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
- Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
