Imperial Trading Co., LLC is looking for a highly motivated and skilled janitorial worker to join our Team working from the New Albany, MS area!

WORK SCHEDULE

MONDAY-FRIDAY 6 am until 2:30 pm.

SALARY:  $13 an hour 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as cleaning bathrooms and breakrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of trash, and polishing throughout and around the warehouse
• Helping to maintain cleanliness on the front dock and parking lots.
• Cleaning totes.
• Checking stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
• Assisting with Bring It program activities.
• Dealing with reasonable requests with professionalism and patience.
• Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Janitor or Housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands of this job include light physical activity performing possible repetitive light strenuous activities of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and to reach with hands or arms. The employee must occasionally walk, talk, or hear, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. 

The employee must regularly lift 10 to 25 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
