Data Support Specialist (Temporary) presso billups

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Excel grids against existing contracts to verify accuracy of key data fields (e.g., terms, pricing, dates).

• Validate data formatting (currency, dates, codes, and naming conventions) to meet internal system requirements.

• Upload validated data into the company’s internal system, ensuring all records are correctly mapped.

• Audit the final input in the system to confirm that uploaded data matches the source documentation and contracts.

• Flag discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.

• Maintain organized records of reviews, uploads, and audits for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, conditional formatting, data validation).

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience working with internal systems or data entry tools preferred.

• Ability to handle sensitive contract data confidentially.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
