We are currently seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join the team. This individual would be there to help manage our day-to-day financial tasks and keep our records running smoothly. Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM and this is a part-time position averaging 15-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Set up new project accounts
• Prepare and send invoices to clients with accurate work descriptions
• Receive and record client payments
• Manage and reconcile accounting records across multiple projects
• Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting tasks
• Support time-entry and project tracking (experience with BigTime a plus)

• Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience (small business background preferred)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the engineering/consulting industry a plus (not required)
• No formal degree required—experience matters most!
