Essential Functions (Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities):
• Travel and Expense Program Management
• Corporate Credit Card Program Administration
• Financial Data Analysis and Reporting
• Compliance Monitoring and Audit Support
• Customer Service and Issue Resolution
• Special Projects and Employee Training
• System Maintenance and Implementation Support
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels
• Experience with travel management systems and financial software
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with global travel regulations and visa requirements is a plus
• Experience with analytical tools.

Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel and expense management, financial analysis, or a related discipline
- 2 years of progressive experience in corporate travel, card program administration, or financial operations
- Experience working in higher education, healthcare, or similarly complex organizational environments.
