Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll:

• Business Partnering & Beratung: Sie beraten Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und setzen globale HR-Strategien lokal um.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: Sie verantworten die Rekrutierung von gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden und unterstützen bei der Auswahl von Angestellten. Sie gestalten einen reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozess.
• Performance & Talent Management: Sie begleiten den jährlichen Performance-Zyklus, führen Talent Reviews durch und fördern die Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden.
• Learning & Development: Sie identifizieren Weiterbildungsbedarfe und koordinieren Trainingsmaßnahmen.
• Engagement & Kultur: Sie analysieren Mitarbeiterbefragungen und entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Zufriedenheit und Motivation.
• Change Management: Sie begleiten Veränderungsprozesse und stärken Führungskräfte und Teams in der Umsetzung.
• HR-Kennzahlen & Reporting: Sie nutzen HR-Daten zur Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen und berichten regelmäßig an das lokale Management.
• Employer Branding: Sie repräsentieren Sherwin-Williams als attraktiven Arbeitgeber bei lokalen Events und Jobmessen.

Ihr Profil – das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Business Partnering
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie strategisches Denkvermögen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Reisebereitschaft zwischen den beiden Standorten

• Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
