What You’ll Do- Lead with impact in a hands-on role
- Promote a strong culture of teamwork and accountability, monitoring team performance, attendance, downtime, and morale
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality processes
- Monitor equipment performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, clean and presentable work environment
- Work with the State Manager to drive productivity and efficiency

What You Bring- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to lead
- Mechanical understanding of production equipment is advantageous

- Physical fitness to thrive in a hands-on role
- A current forklift licence is required
