As Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and leading a cohesive program of ServiceNow-enabled projects that will modernise enterprise workflows, enhance service delivery, and contribute directly to UOW’s transformation journey.
The ServiceNow platform has been identified as a key strategic technology for the University. With multiple modules across ITSM Pro, HRSD Pro, CSM Pro, SPM, ITOM, and FSM already in play or in planning, we need a clear programmatic approach to drive alignment, progress, and value.

- Work closely with ServiceNow technical and functional advisors to ensure delivery aligns with platform best practice.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on outcomes and user experience.
- A commitment to UOW’s values, particularly around innovation, inclusion, transparency, and impact.
