About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be the force behind our people agenda, partnering with leaders to shape culture, build capability, and drive performance. You’ll align people strategies with business goals, coach leaders, and lead initiatives that make a real impact.
This is a dynamic, generalist role where you’ll be a trusted advisor, change champion, and data-driven decision maker.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Senior Leaders and the broader People Team to deliver key outcomes across design, talent, engagement, and performance
- Coach leaders to build capability and deliver people programs with impact
- Lead and manage ER matters end-to-end
- Design and deliver people initiatives focused on innovation and continuous improvement
- Use data to generate insights that shape decisions and drive results
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business
- Interpret and apply legislation, policies, and the Sydney Airport Enterprise Agreement
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and working groups
About You
You’re a seasoned HR professional with a commercial mindset and a human centred approach. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
- Proven experience in senior HR roles within complex, operational and commercial settings
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and experience with enterprise agreements
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a drive to lead from the front
- A passion for improving the employee experience and delivering results
