About the Role
This isn't just a job; it's a mission. You'll be the driving force behind our service operations in West Africa, ensuring we meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. We're looking for someone who can:

Lead and Inspire: Act as a coach and mentor for our West Africa Service Team, developing our talented people and preparing our next generation of leaders.

Drive Excellence: Launch a Service Operations Excellence Program to elevate skills, streamline processes, and ensure we exceed customer expectations.

Strategize for Growth: Manage the department budget, optimize profitability, and align our service strategy with Epiroc’s long-term goals for sustainable growth in the region.

Champion Safety: Be a vigilant guardian of our safety, health, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for an innovative and results-driven individual with a strong background in service management and a passion for developing people.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

A University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or a business-related field.

At least 5 years of technical and managerial experience in the mining or construction industry.

Proven expertise in managing Heavy Mobile Machine (HME) fleets.

Fluency in both English and French.

A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience with automation, electrification, and digitization is a definite plus!
