All used vehicles travel through our reconditioning process, including detailing, dent removal, paint repair, and more. This facility maintains a fast pace due to the volume of vehicles passing through and the various departments involved. With a variety of makes and models to prepare, and work shifts to fit every schedule, we invite you to join the ever-changing reconditioning center!

Compensation Range: $21.00-$26.00
How does our Final Product Technicians Drive Impact?
- Perform final check based on checklist provided to ensure quality standards are met and vehicle is retail ready
- Determine need to resubmit back to vendor or complete minor enhancements as needed
- Perform wet sanding and buffing
- Perform tint/decal/wrap/clear bra removal
- Perform graphics removal
- Complete plastic bumper repair or replacement
- Perform windshield chip repairs
- Perform touch-up paint repairs
- Refurbish headlights
- Inspect and indicate on vehicles the needed PDR repairs
- Read notes and work with Inventory Managers to ensure vehicles are retail ready
- Add and remove lines as needed in Recontrac
- Empty trash and clean up area at the end of assigned shift
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop
- Move vehicles on the lot
We're Looking For:
- Must have at least 1 yr of detail experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have buffing experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must have good manual dexterity and be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel and be on your feet for extended periods of time
