Inside Sales Lead - B2C presso None

The Inside Sales Lead will drive consumer sales of premium outdoor leisure products by managing inbound inquiries, nurturing leads, and guiding customers through a consultative buying journey. This role blends high-touch relationship building with structured sales process management, ensuring customers receive expert guidance while the business achieves sales growth targets.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a track record in inside sales or consumer consultative sales, and an interest in outdoor living, design, or home improvement. Please note the majority of activities will take place in Pittsburg, KS and/or Overland Park, KS.
