JOB SUMMARY:  

The Driver Services Coordinator is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of passengers or goods to designated locations. This role includes operating the vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and organizational policies, ensuring the safety of all passengers, and maintaining the vehicle in good working conditions. The Driver Services Coordinator will also provide excellent customer service, assist passengers as needed, and adhere to scheduled routes and timelines. Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to safety are key components of this position. 

JOB RESPONSIBLTIES:   

• Safely transport passengers or goods to and from designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and organizational policies while driving.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting them as needed with boarding, exiting, and any special requirements.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with passengers and clients.
• Attend meetings as requested and other duties as assigned. 

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs regularly, and load/unload supplies or materials as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Have a valid driver's license, necessary certifications, a clean driving record, and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

• Strong driving skills and a clean record.
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time-management abilities.
