Executive Site Director

As our Executive Site Director, you will help site staff perform their jobs with the utmost support so they can deliver quality programming to students. Day to day, you will:

  1. Manage a team of 3-4 full time staff while indirectly supervising the entire site
  2. Network with external stakeholders including funders
  3. Drive the site towards positive financial and student outcomes

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years: from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.

You’ll know the Executive Site Director role is the right fit if… 

  • You have 8-10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of (externally facing) leadership experience at a non-profit, ideally a youth-serving institution; higher education experience is a plus
  • You have experience cultivating and managing external partnerships, and can leverage your network to support the mission of College Track
  • You have experience with donors and funders, and are adept at building strong relationships with them
  • You are confident managing budgets, allocating financial resources, and partnering with constituents
  • You are a leader and a coach, with proven experience managing teams to meet programmatic outcomes
  • You have a deep understanding of and passion for supporting students from underserved communities to attend and graduate from four year universities
  • You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars. You’d be expected in the office 11:00-7:30 Monday-Friday.

 

Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Executive Site Director  in Oakland, CA is $152,500 - $164,999/Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $152,500 - $164,999/Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
