What You’ll Do
- Run and drive a team of 15–25 appointment setters every single day.
- Be on the floor, not in an office — coaching, pushing, and holding people accountable.
- Recruit, hire, train, and uptrain — you’re constantly upgrading the team.
- Build a high-energy, competitive sales culture where top performers thrive and low performers don’t last.
- Watch the numbers in real time and make adjustments on the fly.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years running an inside sales, call center, or appointment-setting team.
- Experience in home improvement, lead generation, or B2C appointment setting is a huge plus.
- You’re hands-on, not a desk jockey — you lead from the front.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-reward environment.
