Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Achieve daily route service schedules as assigned.
- Take actions required to increase revenue growth. (i.e., add inventory, control credits, provide sales leads)
- Timely address customer concerns and proactively find solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve service disruptions or product shortages
- Complete installations, as needed (i.e., install dispensers, cabinets, etc. to properly stock products on-site).
- Respond to customer requests regarding service needs, invoicing, payment, and collections.
- Participate in trainings when not assigned to route coverage
- Be an ambassador for Wildman and live out those values in the workplace and in the community.
- Operate safely and professionally while on the road and at customer sites
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Reliable and predictable attendance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must obtain and hold a Driver’s License (Chauffer’s or For Hire Endorsement) in good standing
- Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation Physical and meet the minimum physical requirements to be able to perform the essential functions of the role
- Must pass all pre-hire screening required for the position
- Must be able to accommodate flexible daily start and end times for route coverage
- Ability to build relationships is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail skills with great follow up is required
- Prior route-based customer service experience strongly preferred
- Requires maximum physical effort; required to sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, lift, push and walk.
- Must be able to drive a truck/step van and obtain a DOT certification.
- Maximum unassisted lift = 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, enter and use efficiently a handheld computer.
- Ability to use telephone to communicate with customers and internal support personnel.
