Ontario Christian seeks a Scrip Coordinator who will diligently work to administer the Scrip program for the Ontario Christian Parent Association. We are looking for someone to help us enhance this valuable program. This position receives Scrip orders, orders gift cards, collects gift cards from local businesses, distributes the orders, tracks all payments, promotes the program, and manages volunteers. This role is also responsible for administering the online Scrip orders and accurately recording all of the transactions into QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online. Requirements for this role are as follows. Experience Previous experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online or a similar accounting program is preferred. Experience working in an administrative role that requires a high level of attention to detail. Accounting experience and/or education. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Some accounting education/background preferred. Schedule This is a part-time role, approximately 10-25 hours per week. This role is expected to be on campus one day per week, typically Friday, with the exception of November and December when the Scrip office is open twice a week.
