Marketing Administrative Assistant

Our mission is to deliver quality vacations to our members and guests. We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the marketing team, business partners, guests, and owners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Data entry of all tours booked by marketing
- Answer and direct calls from marketers, business partners, guests, and owners
- Maintain and submit proper records on a daily basis
- Assist with organizing OPC�s tour schedules
- Communicate all confirmations and tour times available for the following day
Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Basic computer skills
- Well organized
- Maintains accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate both written and orally.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
