You will report into and work closely with the Recruitment Manager who are responsible for Associate and Counsel recruitment based in our London office. Recruiters are supported by shared service, offering effective interview scheduling support.%3C/p%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Arial;margin-bottom:16px;margin-top:12px;%22%3ECandidates for this role should have a strong recruiting background, having worked in house or agency previously, including highly developed organisation and stakeholder management skills as well as excellent communication skills.%3C/p%3E%3Ch2 style=%22border-bottom:1px solid #00a5d9;color:#00a5d9;font-family:Arial;font-size:18px;margin-bottom:12px;margin-top:30px;padding-bottom:6px;%22%3EKey Responsibilities%3C/h2%3E%3Cul style=%22font-family:Arial;margin-bottom:16px;margin-top:12px;%22%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with the Experienced Legal Hiring Recruitment Manager on London Associate and Counsel hiring, owning some end-to-end recruitment processes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOwnership of the full recruitment lifecycle for all London Legal Support roles, including Legal Assistant/Paralegal, Professional Support Lawyers, and Knowledge roles.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBuild and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, supporting hiring managers in recruitment best practices.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with Recruitment Partners to ensure timely, commercial recruitment of top-tier talent.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EActively promote sourcing strategies, including employee referrals, external advertising, and the use of preferred recruitment agencies.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDeploy, and serve as a Champion, for global recruitment systems (Taleo/ServiceNow/Workday), ensuring best practice and effective use.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with partners and hiring managers to agree on sourcing strategies and implement innovative approaches, such as market mapping where appropriate.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFoster strong stakeholder relationships and increase their value to the recruitment process.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESource, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through a variety of direct sourcing activities, including social media, employee referrals, and headhunting using tools like such as Pirical and LinkedIn.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOrganize and lead agency briefings for active recruitment roles.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EConduct screening interviews with potential candidates to assess candidate suitability.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAct as a brand ambassador for the firm, ensuring representation aligns with firm values and best practices.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProduce recruitment reports and analytics on ongoing recruitment efforts and processes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEncourage and implement recruitment best practices across the firm, driving continuous improvement.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EManage all recruitment-related invoicing for London legal roles.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with firm events and initiatives as required.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with the shared services team, who handle interview scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork closely with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one at the firm.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Ch2 style=%22border-bottom:1px solid #00a5d9;color:#00a5d9;font-family:Arial;font-size:18px;margin-bottom:12px;margin-top:30px;padding-bottom:6px;%22%3EQualifications %26amp; Skills%3C/h2%3E%3Cul style=%22font-family:Arial;margin-bottom:16px;margin-top:12px;%22%3E%3Cli%3EAn interest in the legal industry and legal career pathways.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EInnovative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes for the benefit of candidates and the firm.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience in an agency or in house recruitment team.
