Natures Vets is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate individual to become part of our welcoming team as a Veterinary Receptionist.

As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

*Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
*Communicating with veterinary practices
*Scheduling and managing appointments
*Handling incoming enquiries
*Processing billing and insurance claims
*Performing general administrative duties

Be Part of a Modern, Well-Equipped Practice

You’ll be joining a two-site practice, comprising a small, friendly village branch in Paulton (near Bristol) and a larger, purpose-built facility in Radstock (near Bath). Our modern equipment includes digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, blood machines, surgical theatres, and a dedicated dental suite.

The heart of our practice is our fantastic team, which includes 4 skilled vets supported by 4 experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses. We pride ourselves on our supportive and collaborative working environment.

Working Hours

This is a 32.5-hour-per-week position, Monday to Friday. Working between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
You will also be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
