We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Angular, and ReactJS to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers an opportunity to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications and customer-facing products. You will work across the front-end, back-end, and integration layers, ensuring seamless performance, user experience, and reliability.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to both product innovation and engineering excellence while collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development
• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java for backend and Angular/ReactJS for frontend.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable applications.
• Ensure responsive, high-performing, and secure front-end applications.
• System Architecture & Design
• Participate in system design discussions and propose scalable, maintainable, and modular solutions.
• Apply best practices for object-oriented programming, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
• Optimize performance across front-end frameworks and Java-based backend systems.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ensure code quality, performance tuning, and application security compliance.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues, driving root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Java, Angular, ReactJS, and related frameworks.
• Recommend and implement new tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve team productivity.
• Contribute to DevOps pipelines for CI/CD automation and cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA).
• Hands-on experience with Angular and ReactJS for building modern web applications.
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices-based architecture.
• Database expertise in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record in delivering full-stack applications using Java, Angular, and ReactJS.
• Experience in agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
