Crafted Highlights: 
In the role of a Sr Specialist Lead - Elevator working at the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado, you will actively participate in Area Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours: project management, number of breakdowns, insights from completed PM cards maintenance log.

This role will own the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling System for the elevator team and high voltage team. You will lead the scheduling of maintenance work, as dictated by the annual maintenance plan and previously identified work during routine meetings, ensure the revision and updating of Maintenance Technical Documentation occurs as necessary.

This position reports to our Line Lead – Facilities.

What You'll Be Brewing:
  

  • Support development and lead portions of Line Daily Direction Setting, 90-Day loss-elimination plans and the annual maintenance plan 
  • Provides leadership and oversight for the development of Maintenance Strategies for elevator maintenance and high voltage equipment.
  • Drives improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability that optimizes asset life cycle.
  • Own the breakdown elimination DMS and drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned downtime and accountable to deliver KPI-Results. Facilitates problem solving and failure investigations using the Breakdown Elimination DMS.
  • Serve as a coach and resource for the area team and actively participate in Area DDS-DMS meetings and execution of the maintenance plans.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meeting with team members, team member engagement, performance management, and other leadership responsibilities as assigned.
  • Responds to business needs on 24/7/365 basis with coverage support from teammates in similar roles.
  • Work collaboratively with the Facilities Line Lead to set direction and deliver results that are aligned with plant and company goals.
  • Help cover Facilities Line Lead based on vacations or meeting conflicts.
  • Organizes on call schedules with the elevator team to ensure 24/7 coverage by the team is obtained and communicated to security.
  • Coordinates yearly state inspections of elevators.
  • Supports the Elevator Certification Process (CET) and drives the logistics of the process (training materials needed, tools, PPE, coordinating with CET-S trainer etc).
  • Owns QRP/Safety Near Miss documentation for the team. Also, it helps during any IPS/UPS related to elevators.

 

Key Ingredients:  

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment 
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives or World Class Manufacturing Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives 
  • You will be experienced in asset care/maintenance and have previous work history in maintenance planning & scheduling. 
  • Leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams preferred.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
