Seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior SDET to join our Test Automation Framework Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and test automation, with a passion for building robust, scalable, and efficient test frameworks. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, Develop, and maintain automated test capabilities (test frameworks, processes, and tools) to be consumed by development teams in a self-serve fashion via the client’s Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
- Contribute to develop best practices for test-driven development (TDD) and testing throughout the SDLC (unit, component-level, integration, capacity, exploratory, etc.)
- Administer and support foundational test automation tools and platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across all of IT to integrate automated testing practices into the software development lifecycle, driving and measuring adoption and utilization of the test frameworks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test results.
- Continuously improve the adoption of test frameworks, efficiency, and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain detailed system diagrams, technical documentation and specifications for Test Frameworks as required and necessary to ensure and maintain consistently exceptional quality in our operations
- Consult, guide and assist users, developers, analysts, and leaders across all levels of the organization in leveraging the Internal Developer Platform
- Lead and assist in ensuring compliance with our solutions and the security of company data and assets

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires 6+ years of professional experience serving as a technical expert in software development, testing and automation and thought leader in SDET role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript; database knowledge/experience required
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/libraries like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Postman
- Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Preferably current MSFT AZ-400 and AZ-900 Certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, Azure Load Test), Accessibility Testing is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Experience integrating Test Automation Frameworks with Cloud Orchestration Platforms like Sauce Labs, Browser Stack etc.
- Experience with Integrating AI in to Test Automation Workflows
