Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager, Business Partnering and Projects, located at our site in Tualatin, OR. In this role you will support the local manufacturing site and the greater HR team as the company goes through a strategic transformation. The ideal candidate brings a strong base of HR capabilities and proven project management expertise, along with a desire to be an engaged partner in driving positive change in the business. The role also supervises one HR Generalist.
Specific job duties:
HR Business Partnering
Partner with and coach leaders in areas such as organization effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee development and change management.
Ensure legal compliance and consistent application of HR practices in alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Provide expertise and guidance on employee relations matters - including coaching managers, resolving conflicts, interpreting policies and laws and conducting investigations.
Leverage HR and workforce data to inform decision-making and make recommendations
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits) to support business and employee needs.
Supervise, coach and develop one HR Generalist
HR Project Management
Manage local and enterprise-level HR projects in areas such as Talent Management, L&D and Workforce Planning
Develop project charters, plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Establish governance, risk management, and reporting mechanisms for HR initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Design and execute change management plans to drive adoption and sustainability of HR programs.
Position requirements:
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and/or HR program management roles.
Experience leading and developing HR team members (supervisory experience required).
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and organizational effectiveness principles.
Demonstrated project management expertise at the enterprise-level (PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred).
Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate workforce data into business insights.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
