Job Title: Licensing and Partnership Manager
Reports To:  Head of Marketing Excellence

Hybrid in Hackensack, NJ 2/3 per week

10-12K per month

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Licensing and Partnership Manager to lead and support brand licensing initiatives and strategic partnerships. This role will be instrumental in expanding Flora’s reach through licensed product development and synergistic brand collaborations that deliver outsized impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Licensing

  • Manage licensing agreements where Flora manufactures products under licensed brands.
  • Facilitate the sharing and governance of brand assets with licensees.
  • Ensure brand integrity and alignment across licensed products.

Strategic Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with complementary brands to create joint marketing initiatives that deliver 1+1=3 value.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to bring partnership campaigns to life, from ideation to execution.

Contracting & Legal Collaboration

  • Partner with legal teams to define terms, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with licensing and partnership agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Innovation teams to align licensing and partnership strategies with product development and brand goals.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for licensed and co-branded products.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in licensing and brand partnerships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with legal teams and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for building strategic relationships.
