We’re looking for a customer-first problem solver who knows the agriculture equipment world inside and out, especially equipment dealers, and who also brings a flair for marketing and content creation. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the boots on the ground with dealers and farmers, making sure they’re supported, engaged, and finding real value in our platform. You’ll also help us amplify our message through tutorials, presentations, and marketing initiatives that strengthen adoption and loyalty.

Customer Success & Dealer Engagement:
  • Serve as the go-to partner for equipment dealers and farmer users, ensuring they’re trained, supported, and realizing value from our platform.
  • Build trusted relationships with dealership teams to increase adoption and expand platform use across their operations.
  • Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, and training (both in person at dealerships and online).
  • Collect customer feedback and usage insights, and collaborate with Product to inform improvements and bug fixes.
  • Track account health and usage metrics; execute playbooks to drive deeper engagement and retention.


  • Marketing Coordination:
  • Create simple training materials. Develop basic how-to guides, slide decks, and short demo videos to support customer onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Support customer-facing content. Draft and update one-pagers or case studies, working with Marketing to keep voice and style consistent with brand.
  • Capture stories from the field. Gather photos, quotes, and testimonials from dealers and farmers to share back with the Marketing team.
  • Assist with campaign execution. Help adapt and distribute existing dealer-focused programs or co-branded assets provided by Marketing.
  • Pitch in at events. Coordinate dealer event needs and provide on-the-ground support with materials and content capture.


  • What You Bring:
  • 1 to 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or sales support within agriculture, ideally working directly with equipment dealerships or ag software solutions.
  • Ability to connect with both dealers and farmers, understanding their day-to-day realities and empowering them with technology for improvement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: clear, approachable, and confident in front of groups.
  • A natural organizer who follows through, anticipates needs, and takes initiative.
  • Comfort with technology, and enthusiasm for helping non-technical users become confident with new tools.
  • Background in marketing, communications, or content creation (comfortable writing copy, building presentations and flatsheets (Canva), capturing content in the field, and leading tutorial/video content). Not a requirement to be a graphic designer, the key is the ability to create a decent draft that can have final polishing done by a graphic designer. 
  • Experience working remotely from home
  • Up to 50% travel to dealerships and farm sites, including comfort navigating locations with large equipment.
