Role Overview
You will own the technical pre-sales motion for Hevo. This is a highly strategic role where you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate revenue growth. Your team will be the trusted advisors for prospects, translating their business problems into data solutions using Hevo’s platform.
This is an opportunity to build the Sales Engineering function from the ground up, shaping playbooks, hiring and mentoring SEs, and setting the bar for technical excellence in every customer conversation.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Scale the SE Team – Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Engineers; establish onboarding, enablement, and career paths.
Drive Technical Win Rates – Own POCs, demos, and technical validation processes to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
Be the Technical Face of Hevo – Represent Hevo in key prospect meetings, webinars, and industry events.
