The Role
The People Systems Project & Governance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating People Systems projects, embedding strong governance practices, and driving process improvement across HR Services, HR Systems, and Payroll. From supporting releases to leading process mapping workshops and partnering with stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our people systems operate seamlessly to support the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of small People Systems projects across cyclical HR/Payroll processes and ad-hoc initiatives
- Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Develop and maintain governance artefacts including Data Dictionaries, Process Maps, and SOPs
- Lead current-state and future-state process mapping with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver efficiencies and improved service
- Provide ad-hoc systems support to the wider HR Systems & Payroll teams including in SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll and Time & Attendance
About You
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computing, or related field
- Detail-oriented and organised, with a passion for governance and process excellence
- Experience coordinating small systems or process re-engineering projects
- Comfortable with HR and/or Payroll systems, data, and digital tools (SAP SuccessFactors an advantage).Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to time-sensitive deadlines
