Adviser Assistant presso Accounting & Business Advisory

Searching for an exciting, new challenge?  We have an excellent opportunity for an Adviser Assistant to join our leading specialist Risk Insurance team. This is a permanent position, open to being based anywhere in Australia for the right candidate.

This is a pivotal position where you will be the key point of contact for our team of Financial Advisers. You will work with a wide range of clients, educate Advisers on all things risk and help provide cover to clients in a variety of situations.  You won’t have sales targets however you will be a major contributor to the team’s overall success! 

What will your typical week look like?

• Support our team of Financial Advisers by assisting with strategic risk advice for their clients 
• Undertake needs analysis, Xplan research, insurance comparisons and new business quotes
• Conduct health and occupational pre-assessments with Insurers
• Maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Let’s talk about you!

• Authorised on the ASIC Adviser Register
• Proven experience in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of the Australian risk market 
• Adept at managing a large WIP and competing priorities 
• A collaborative team player
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
