We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative Business analysis team. You will be supporting the successful management and delivery of complex projects and initiatives including the identification, assessment, implementation and embedding of fit-for purpose solutions. This role is initially being offered as a 12-month max term contract. We recognise the value of and embrace flexible and hybrid work arrangements.

    What will you be doing?

    • Collaborating with external or group wide specialists to facilitate ideation, requirement gathering, design and delivery of initiatives.
    • Generating insights, identifying key and emerging trends and issues relating to delivering strategy and underpinning capabilities.
    • Analysing, modelling and determining appropriate approaches to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
    • Providing data-driven recommendations on the improvement of systems and processes, measuring success of implementation and sharing key lessons learned.
    • Supporting the capability uplift of in relation to regulation changes across the business.
    • Developing and expanding continuous improvement toolkit and collateral to ensure reusability and adoption across the business.

    What are we looking for in you?

    • Experience with business requirements elicitation, analysis, workshop facilitation and supporting business case development.
    • Significant Business Analyst experience, ideally within a similar size organisation.
    • Experience working on compliance focused projects, highly advantageous.
    • Proven track record of translating highly technical and detailed data into user-friendly documentation and recommendations based on the data.
    • Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and identify and mitigate risks to the program as well as opportunities.
    • Strong conceptual, financial, analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborates effectively with other teams across the organisation, demonstrating understanding around what motivates and challenges colleagues in different areas.
    • Demonstrated experience establishing and working in small, multidisciplinary, entrepreneurial and adaptive teams of internal and external resources.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Strong ability to generate data insights and translate into practical business recommendations.
    • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative project delivery environment.
