Supervise employees and manage the project in a cost-effective manner by establishing and applying sound supervisory policies pertaining to the organization, customer relations and workflow.  Responsible for training, management and supervision of all Food Service Workers assigned at the contract site.  Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies.  Maintain work areas, equipment kitchen utensils and cookware in a clean and sanitary condition under the supervision of the Project Manager.   Assists Project Manager with creating and maintaining reports and records as required.
