Project Manager – Commercial Construction presso Skillforce

Skillforce has teamed up with an industry leading general contractor to find a skilled Project Manager – Commercial Construction in Louisville, KY. This is a contract to permanent, long-term position.

Location: Based our of Louisville, KY with travel as required

Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

• Overtime: Estimated $10,000+ annually

• Bonus: Performance-based bonus potential

• Per Diem: $35/day (with receipts)

• Vehicle & Lodging: Company vehicle with fuel card for business travel; lodging arranged internally

Project Manager Requirements:

• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple project sites

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract obligations

• Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and resolve issues to maintain progress

• Monitor financial performance, provide reporting, and support profitability goals

• Maintain a flexible work schedule from home base when project demands allow
