Digital Services Specialist I, Full Time 

Position Overview
 
Our valued client – Arlington Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU), is actively recruiting for a Digital Services Specialist I to support their digital operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that ACFCU’s digital services meet the needs of its members. You will deliver support and expertise for all digital products and services and, therefore, provide assistance to frontline staff and second-tier support to members. You will also assist with testing for new products and upgrades, and work with third-party vendors to provide remarkable digital experiences.   

What You’ll Bring

• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or two years of similar or related experience.
• Symitar Episys experience preferred. 
• Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to determine and correct more complex operating problems.
• Ability to deliver, understand, and apply the English language to problem-solving situations.
• Ability to write and respond to instructions and routine correspondence.
• Proficiency in math.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization, in a team-based environment, and with third-party vendors and members. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A love for a collaborative environment and a highly developed sense of integrity.
• A strong work ethic, an outgoing, positive personality, and an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity while working remotely, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively without the need for constant supervision.
