The Motorcycle Team Support role is designed to assist the Motorcycle team with administrative, logistical, and customer service tasks, while also traveling to support national events. This individual will be responsible for transporting, setting up, and managing event materials across the country and will serve as a key point of support for various functions within the team.

Note: Due to travel scheduling limitations and insurance requirements, candidates must be at least 25 years old to be eligible for this role.

Key Job Elements (Essential Functions):

• Provide general administrative support to the Motorcycle team.

• Maintain and prepare the motorcycle trailer and van for events, ensuring inventory and materials are accurate and complete.

• Travel to and attend national motorcycle events, trade shows, and races — including setup and teardown of booths/displays.

• Collaborate with the production planning and procurement teams to ensure proper stock levels and part number accuracy.

• Assist with international sales inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordination.

• Use tools like Power BI and internal systems to assist with reporting, inventory management, and sales data entry.

• Handle customer questions via phone, email, online channels, events, and in-store interactions.

• Process sales and shipping orders, including expedited and modified requests.

• Plan and coordinate travel logistics for events (flights, rentals, lodging, etc.).

• Clean and maintain the event van regularly to ensure readiness for travel.

• Represent Simpson Race Products at events in a professional and engaging manner.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 25 years or older (due to insurance and travel policies).

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales support, event coordination, or a related field.

• Strong passion for motorcycles — motorcycle enthusiast required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); Power BI experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and U.S. passport.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the motorsports or racing industry.

• Background in logistics, event management, or inventory coordination.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

• Comfortable with bending, stretching, loading/unloading event gear, and being on your feet for extended periods.
