Are you a self-starter with a high level of attention to detail? Are you interested in working in a Trading environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Global Markets Middle Office team in Weehawken, NJ
As a member of Global Markets Equity Wire & Order team you will:
- Provide day to day support of the Unified Global Markets Equity and Options Trading desks, Financial Advisors, Branch Personnel, and other teams within Operations.
- Perform mandatory daily functions around Trade Correction and Allocations, Risk Management, and P/L calculation.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal/external Technology Groups to maintain the integrity of Order Entry Platform and Order Flow
- Develop a deep understanding of trading processes and related system workflow
- Build and maintain relationships by communicating with internal and external teams in a professional, courteous and client focused manner
- Perform key controls and reconciliations designed to identify risk
- Evaluate procedures, processes and controls with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Support Regulatory reporting to FINRA CAT

• New Jersey: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $75000.

The Global Markets Equity Wire & Order team supports functions related to a broad array of transaction products, with focus on financial and regulatory control as well as supporting Wealth Management branches and clients. Employees will be expected to be adept at handling inquiries involving multiple types of financial transactions and should be comfortable interacting with different internal business partners.

- Precisely execute detail-oriented tasks
- Prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of trading processes and the trading infrastructure
- Familiarity with Regulatory reporting, a plus
