Brown Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst who is a self-starter supporting the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM).

DESCRIPTION:

Performs analyst functions including information gathering, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives and visualizations for senior leadership awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain analytical systems, verify the accuracy of the data, and act as liaison with business.
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Create and edit technical documentation for project areas such as cloud, software, compliance, and security.
• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and support implementation of strategic direction.
• Write code to preprocess and clean data as needed.
• Apply data modeling and data virtualization principles.
• Prepare dynamic and static dashboards for senior leadership awareness.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights and information for predictive forecasting or classification.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, statistics, operations research, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Must have proven experience using Power BI and other data modeling tools.
• Knowledge or previous experience applying analytic methodologies and principles to address cloud-based needs.
• Experience working with multi-discipline teams, including Cyber, Logistics, and Data Management.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred:

• Experience using AI tools in data modeling and trend projections.
• Ability to prepare and present briefings to senior leadership.
• Experience with federal customers, DoD preferred.
• U.S. Citizen and active Secret Clearance.
