Position Summary:
As a FOH & Box Office Supervisor at Elvis Evolution, you will oversee the smooth running of our Layered Reality front-of-house operations, including the Box Office, cloakroom, and ushering teams. You’ll be responsible for managing daily team schedules, supporting staff during shifts, and ensuring high standards of guest experience at every touchpoint.

This role involves strong organisational skills, proactive leadership, and the ability to manage people and processes effectively. From handling inventory and maintenance reporting to coordinating staff breaks and stepping in for guest recovery, you’ll play a central role in ensuring both the team and the venue deliver excellence.

Scope & Responsibilities:
● Supervise and support Box Office, cloakroom, and usher teams during live performance and event shifts
● Manage team scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing levels across Layered Reality FOH departments
● Coordinate and rotate staff breaks to maintain smooth operational coverage.
● Monitor inventory levels for cloakroom and FOH supplies, reporting shortages and replenishment needs
● Report and track maintenance issues, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution
● Lead on guest recovery, handling complaints or service challenges with professionalism and empathy
● Ensure ticketing, cloakroom, and ushering operations run efficiently and in line with company standards
● Provide clear and supportive communication across FOH teams and liaise with Duty Managers and wider venue staff
● Train and develop FOH staff to uphold service standards and operational best practices
● Support health & safety and fire safety compliance across FOH operations
● Contribute to maintaining the venue’s presentation, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests

Background &Experience:
● Previous supervisory or team lead experience within theatre, live entertainment, or hospitality environments
● Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively
● Experience in scheduling, rota management, and FOH operations
● Confident handling guest concerns and resolving issues in real time
● Organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail
● Knowledge of ticketing systems and/or box office procedures desirable

Pay: £15.00 p/h
