Maintenance Supervisor – Hull & Grimsby

Target Housing is on the lookout for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to head up our busy Hull & Grimsby team.

We’re a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and charity with 300+ staff and almost 800 properties across South Yorkshire, Hull, Grimsby and Derby. We’ve been delivering supported housing in Hull for over 20 years and in Grimsby for 10 years — and we’re still growing. Right now, we manage more than 240 properties in Hull & Grimsby, with more on the way.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a multi-skilled maintenance team across Hull & Grimsby
• Overseeing planned and reactive repairs, plus void property management
• Driving quality standards and tenant satisfaction every step of the way
• Working closely with the wider maintenance management team, led from our Rotherham HQ

What we’re looking for

• A strong team leader who can get the best out of people
• Experience in maintenance/repairs, ideally in housing or property management
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right — first time
• A problem-solver with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service
